The Orbis Rackable Pallet with Lip measures 48" x 40" and is designed to accommodate up to 5,000 lbs capacity. Molded in one piece from polypropylene copolymer, this RackoCell pallet enhances stiffness and edge-racking performance up to 2,200 pounds. It features a flow-through design that facilitates quick washing and draining for high sanitation, while its double-deck design and 6.25" profile ensure compatibility with conveyors and most automated operations. Additional attributes include concentrated ribbing through the top deck and perimeter for added strength, angled leg openings, and thick outer leg wall sections for impact resistance and durability. The pallet provides four-way forklift and two-way pallet jack entry and is fully recyclable, contributing to sustainability efforts. The consistent weight helps maintain accurate transportation costs, and the smooth all-plastic construction protects products from damage, eliminating issues such as nails, rust, or splinters.
