The ADC® AdView® 2 is a non-invasive blood pressure base unit module that captures automated blood pressure measurements using the oscillometric method, displaying both pulse rate and mean arterial blood pressure in approximately 30 seconds. It accommodates patients aged three and older, featuring seven available cuff sizes, with Adult Plus and Large Adult Plus cuffs included as standard. Key features comprise clinical-grade Advantage® BP technology from SunTech Medical, customizable BP averaging, a manual mode for real-time verification, and a pediatric mode for younger patients. It is equipped with lithium-ion power for extended battery life and reduced weight, HL7 messaging for electronic data transfer, built-in memory for up to 99 charting sessions, and an LCD display designed for ease of use. Connectivity options include LAN/Ethernet and two USB ports. The BP base unit comes with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, a U.S. power cord, a 10-foot length of tubing, Adult Plus (28-40 cm) and Large Adult Plus (40-55 cm) cuffs, a mini USB to USB cable, a quick reference guide, and a quickstart guide. An optional pulse oximetry module can be added to measure oxygen saturation in about 10 seconds, featuring the ChipOx Nellcor™-compatible SpO2 module that displays pulse rate signal strength during measurement, along with a reusable finger clip sensor and an 8-foot cable. The SpO2 module includes an adult finger sensor and an 8-foot extension cable.
