The model KPO12-43 is a 12-ton (135,000 BTU) cooling system with 24-kW heat strips providing 83,300 BTU of heat, designed for versatility in size and capabilities compared to similar machines. With a compact footprint measuring 32" wide, 64" long, and 61.5" tall, it is optimal for applications with limited space. The unit is installed outside the area being cooled, utilizing two 12" cold air supply ducts and two 12" return ducts. It operates on a 460-volt/40-amp 3-phase circuit, featuring built-in cam lock connections for simple electrical hookup. A phase monitor ensures electrical protection by automatically shutting down the system in the event of improper voltage or phase conditions. The condenser motor includes low ambient temperature capability, enabled by a variable frequency drive for operation down to freezing temperatures. Additionally, the unit is equipped with an internal high lift condensate pump for effective condensation removal. The KPO12-43 embodies solid construction with a 12-gauge base frame, fork pockets, and wheels for easy movement, and is suitable for indoor or outdoor applications with its compact design that fits through standard 36" doors. It features high static blowers for dynamic air flow and up to 75' ducting distance, quick installation with standard cam lock connections, advanced motor control for low ambient conditions, and electrical protection through a phase/power monitor.
