The KPO12-23H model is a 12-ton (135,000 BTU) cooling system equipped with 24-kW heat strips providing 83,300 BTU of heat, designed for versatile applications in limited spaces with an extremely compact footprint of 32" wide, 64" long, and 61.5" tall. It operates on a 230-volt/80-amp 3-phase circuit and features built-in cam lock connections for straightforward electrical hookup. The unit includes a phase monitor for electrical protection, automatically shutting down the system in case of improper voltage or phase issues to prevent damage to electrical components. The condenser motor is compatible with low ambient temperatures, utilizing a variable frequency drive for operation down to freezing temperatures. Additionally, an internal high lift condensate pump ensures effective condensation removal. Standard features include a sturdy 12-gauge base frame with fork pockets and wheels for mobility, high static blowers for optimal air movement capable of up to 75' ducting distance, and a phase/power monitor for enhanced electrical protection.
