The KPO5-21H is a compact portable cooling and heating unit designed for versatile applications, featuring a nominal capacity of 5 tons or 60,000 BTU for air conditioning and 41,600 BTU for heating, supported by 12 kW heat strips. Measuring 32 inches in width, this unit easily fits through standard 36-inch doorways, making it ideal for challenging spaces, such as sealed interior rooms. It provides temporary cooling when dedicated A/C systems are undergoing repair, and can be positioned outdoors with ducting into the building or placed internally for targeted cooling. The model supports advanced airflow capabilities, allowing for a cold air return and supply distance of up to 50 feet and a hot air exhaust ducting length of up to 65 feet. It operates on a 208-volt/60-amp or 230-volt/50-amp single-phase circuit, requiring hard wiring by a qualified electrician.
