Tripp Lite's OMNIVS1500 line interactive UPS system is designed to provide voltage regulation, surge suppression, and battery support for personal computers, internetworking equipment, and other sensitive electronics. The internal UPS batteries are capable of supporting entry-level PC systems for up to 75 minutes during power failures, allowing for the safe shutdown of connected equipment without data loss. Its Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) circuits can correct brownouts as low as 75 volts and over voltages up to 147 volts, converting them back to usable 120V levels without engaging the battery. The system features a sleek black tower configuration with 6 battery-supported outlets for computers, monitors, and critical peripherals, in addition to 2 surge suppression-only outlets for printers and accessories that do not require battery support. A USB port is included for optional unattended system shutdown management during extended power failures, and PowerAlert software is available for free download. Additionally, built-in data line suppression protects equipment with single line TEL/DSL or network Ethernet connections. The unit is equipped with an audible alarm and 5 front panel LEDs that indicate the status of line power, battery power, battery low/replace, voltage regulation, and overload.
