The Galaxy® GX2 automated test system is designed for simple and intelligent testing and calibration of MSA Altair® and Altair® Pro single-gas detectors, as well as Altair® 4X and Altair® 5X multigas detectors. This easy-to-use automated test stand functions effectively as either a stand-alone unit or an integrated portable detector management system, allowing total data access and control of the MSA Altair family gas detector fleet. The system includes new MSA Link Pro software for proactive safety management, featuring gas exposure email alerts, direct data input, live filtering, test and exposure queries, as well as the capability to collect and print reports. Key features include a color touch screen for ease of setup and viewing, an extremely simple operation where testing starts automatically without any button presses, and the ability to conduct simultaneous testing of up to ten instruments. The Galaxy® GX2 system is optimized for use with MSA's XCell® sensors, providing up to a 50% reduction in cost of ownership. At-a-glance indicators offer insights into low calibration gas volume, expiration warnings, and test stand status, while support for 18 languages in both the test stand and MSA Link Pro software simplifies usage and reduces training time.
