The Amt self-priming centrifugal pumps are engineered for industrial and commercial applications that require high volume liquid transfer, waste water drainage, and chemical processing. This pump includes a self-cleaning clog-resistant impeller capable of handling semi-solids up to 3/8" in diameter, and features a built-in check valve that allows for consistent self-priming up to 20 feet. Its dual volute design minimizes radial load on the motor, while the cast iron construction ensures durability. The pump is equipped with a carbon/ceramic seal and EPDM/EPR elastomers, as well as an EPDM/EPR check valve for rapid priming. For convenience, the pump offers easy clean-out with a pull-from-rear design and replaceable volutes. The maximum working pressure is 125 PSI and it can handle temperatures up to 180°F. It operates with a NEMA 56J motor and is designed with a stainless steel shaft to manage liquids with specific gravities up to 1.3. Please note, this pump should not be used with petroleum-based liquids.
