Amt self-priming centrifugal pumps are designed for industrial and commercial applications requiring high volume liquid transfer, waste water drainage, and chemical processing. This pump features a self-cleaning clog resistant impeller capable of handling up to 1/2" diameter semi-solids, a built-in check valve that enables consistent self-priming to 20 feet, and a dual volute design that reduces radial load on the motor. The pump is constructed from cast iron and includes a carbon/ceramic seal with EPDM/EPR elastomers, as well as a built-in EPDM/EPR check valve for fast priming to 20 ft. It offers easy clean-out with a pull from rear design and includes replaceable volutes. The maximum working pressure is 125 PSI and the maximum temperature is 180 F. It is equipped with a NEMA 56J motor and features a stainless steel shaft designed to handle liquids of specific gravities up to 1.3. This pump should not be used with petroleum based liquids.
