The Commercial / Industrial (C&I) polyester disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial settings. The filters utilize progressive density glass or poly filter media, with polyester options also available that offer a dual-layered high-performance design where synthetic media is specified. These filters come with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame, enhancing strength and ease of installation, while the interlocking miter corners add extra durability, eliminating the need for additional metal support for improved environmental friendliness. A specialized thermoplastic sealant is applied to bond the filter media to the frame on both upstream and downstream sides, preventing air bypass and increasing the filter's rigidity. Special sizes can also be provided upon request.
