The Koch Filter™ disposable fiberglass filter measures 18" W x 25" H x 1" D and is designed for commercial and industrial light-to-medium duty applications, featuring durable construction suitable for various environments. It uses progressively dense glass or poly filter media, with the air entry side composed of open coarse fibers and the air exit side of tighter fibers, allowing proper depth loading and full media utilization; each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance performance. The filter includes a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame with interlocking miter corners for added strength and durability, eliminating the need for extra metal support and enhancing environmental friendliness. A thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both upstream and downstream sides, preventing air bypass and increasing rigidity. Special sizes are available, and the product is easy to install.
