Commercial and industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. These filters utilize progressively dense glass or poly filter media, with high-grade fibers arranged in a dual-density configuration. The air entry side consists of open coarse fibers while the air exit side is made up of tighter fibers, allowing for proper depth loading and full utilization of the filter media. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance performance. The filters are built with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame that simplifies installation and enhances strength, featuring interlocking miter corners for increased durability. The filters are also environmentally friendly, eliminating the need for additional metal support. A specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both sides, preventing air bypass and contributing to the overall rigidity of the filter. Special sizes are available upon request.
