These filters are made with high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, where the air entry side consists of open coarse fibers and the air exit side is comprised of tighter fibers, facilitating proper depth loading for optimal media utilization. Each fiber is treated with a non-migrating adhesive to improve filter performance. The filters utilize a one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame, ensuring strength and ease of installation, with interlocking miter corners that enhance durability without requiring additional metal support, thus promoting environmental friendliness. A thermoplastic sealant securely bonds the filter media to the frame on both sides, preventing air bypass and adding rigidity to the structure. Special sizes are available, making these filters a versatile option for various applications.
