The polyester media variant is also available, which uses dual-layered high-performance synthetic media for specific applications. The filters come with a one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame that ensures easy installation and added strength, with interlocking miter corners that enhance durability without the need for extra metal support, making them environmentally friendly. A specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both upstream and downstream sides, effectively eliminating air bypass and adding rigidity to the filter. Special sizes can also be accommodated based on requirements.
