These filters utilize progressive density glass or poly filter media, ensuring high performance. They come with a heavy-duty one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame that enhances strength and makes installation easy. The filters are designed with interlocking miter corners for additional durability, eliminating the need for extra metal support, thus promoting environmental friendliness. Polyester media options are also available, featuring a dual-layered high-performance design for applications requiring synthetic media. A thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both sides, effectively preventing air bypass and providing rigidity. Special sizes can be made available upon request.
