The commercial/industrial polyester disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. The filters utilize progressive density glass or poly filter media, along with a heavy-duty one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame that enhances strength and ease of installation. The interlocking miter corners of the filters provide additional durability, eliminating the need for extra metal supports and contributing to their environmentally friendly design. Available with specialized polyester media, these filters employ a dual-layered high-performance media suitable for applications requiring synthetic filter media. A thermoplastic sealant is used to bond the filter media to the frame on both the upstream and downstream sides, ensuring that air bypass is eliminated and providing added rigidity to the filter. Special sizes can be requested to accommodate specific needs.
