The polyester media option offers a dual-layered high-performance solution for applications requiring synthetic filter media. Each filter incorporates a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame that facilitates ease of installation, while the interlocking miter corners add additional strength and durability, eliminating the need for extra metal support, thus making the filter more environmentally friendly. It employs a specialized thermoplastic sealant that bonds the filter media to the frame on both sides, preventing air bypass and enhancing rigidity. Special sizes can be accommodated upon request.
