The Commercial/Industrial Polyester Disposable Filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications with durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. These filters feature progressive density glass or poly filter media and a heavy-duty frame with reinforced corners for added strength and durability. The polyester media is also available in a dual-layered high-performance variant for applications requiring synthetic media. The filters utilize a one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame that facilitates installation, while interlocking miter corners enhance strength without the need for extra metal support, making them more environmentally friendly. Additionally, a thermoplastic sealant is employed to bond the filter media to the frame on both sides, effectively eliminating air bypass and providing rigidity to the filter. Special sizes can be accommodated upon request.
