These filters utilize progressive density glass or polyester filter media, ensuring high performance with a dual-layered design available for applications requiring synthetic media. The filters are equipped with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame that enhances strength and facilitates easy installation, featuring interlocking miter corners that provide additional durability without the need for extra metal support, making them more environmentally friendly. A specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both the upstream and downstream sides, effectively eliminating air bypass while adding rigidity to the filter.
