The filters utilize progressive density glass or poly filter media, ensuring efficient performance. The heavy-duty frame and corners provide added strength and durability, while the one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame contributes to ease of installation. Specialized interlocking miter corners enhance stability, eliminating the need for extra metal support and making the filters more environmentally friendly. Additionally, these filters incorporate a thermoplastic sealant that bonds the filter media to the frame on both the upstream and downstream sides, preventing air bypass and enhancing the filter's rigidity.
