The Commercial / Industrial polyester disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications and feature durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial settings. They include progressive density glass or poly filter media and a heavy-duty frame with interlocking miter corners that enhance strength and durability. The polyester media variant offers dual-layered high-performance capabilities for applications requiring synthetic media. Each filter utilizes a one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame, eliminating the need for additional metal support, which contributes to its environmentally friendly design. Additionally, a specialized thermoplastic sealant is employed to bond the filter media to both the upstream and downstream sides of the frame, preventing air bypass and providing additional rigidity. Special sizes are available, and the filters are easy to install.
