The Commercial / Industrial Polyester Disposable Filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. These filters are equipped with progressive density glass or poly filter media and include a heavy-duty one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame, which enhances strength and facilitates easy installation. The interlocking miter corners add additional support, eliminating the need for extra metal reinforcement, making the filters more environmentally friendly. Polyester media options are also available, providing a dual-layered high-performance media for applications requiring synthetic filter media. A specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both upstream and downstream sides, preventing air bypass and contributing to the overall rigidity of the filter.
