The filters utilize progressive density glass or poly filter media and are equipped with a heavy-duty frame and corners that enhance strength and durability, while also being environmentally friendly. Special sizes can be requested, and they are easy to install. The polyester media option offers a dual-layered high-performance solution for applications requiring synthetic filter media. The filters are constructed with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame, which facilitates ease of installation and provides required strength. An interlocking miter corner design adds extra durability without necessitating additional metal support, further contributing to the environmental friendliness of the product. Additionally, a specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both the upstream and downstream sides, eliminating air bypass and enhancing the filter's rigidity.
