These filters utilize progressive density glass or poly filter media, with the option of polyester media available as a dual-layered high-performance solution for synthetic filter media requirements. The Koch C&I disposable filter is built with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame, ensuring strength and ease of installation, complemented by interlocking miter corners for added durability without the need for extra metal support, thus enhancing environmental friendliness. Additionally, a specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both sides, preventing air bypass and providing rigidity. Special sizes are also available to meet specific needs.
