The Commercial / Industrial polyester disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. These filters utilize progressive density glass or poly filter media, complemented by a heavy-duty one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame that enhances strength and facilitates easy installation. They include sturdy interlocking miter corners for added durability, eliminating the need for extra metal supports, thus making them more environmentally friendly. The polyester media option offers a dual-layered high-performance media for applications requiring synthetic filter media. Furthermore, a specialized thermoplastic sealant is applied to bond the filter media to the frame on both the upstream and downstream sides, effectively preventing air bypass and providing additional rigidity to the filter. Special sizes can also be made available upon request.
