The polyester media option, which is a dual-layered high-performance material, is available for applications requiring synthetic filter media. The filters are constructed with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame that allows for easy installation, while the interlocking miter corner design provides extra strength and durability without the need for additional metal support, ensuring an environmentally friendly solution. A specialized thermoplastic sealant is employed to bond the filter media to the frame on both the upstream and downstream sides, which eliminates air bypass and contributes to the overall rigidity of the filter.
