The commercial/industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. Each standard filter is constructed with high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, where the air entry side consists of open coarse fibers and the air exit side is composed of tighter fibers, promoting effective depth loading and optimal utilization of the filter media. To enhance performance, each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive. The filters come with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame that simplifies installation while providing added strength; the interlocking miter corners enhance durability without the need for additional metal supports, making them more environmentally friendly. A specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both the upstream and downstream sides, preventing air bypass and contributing to the overall rigidity of the filter. Special sizes are available to meet specific requirements.
