Commercial and industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. These filters include progressive density glass or poly filter media, with a heavy-duty frame and reinforced corners for enhanced strength and durability. The fiberglass media is constructed with high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, where the air entry side consists of open coarse fibers and the air exit side is made up of tighter fibers, allowing for effective depth loading and complete utilization of the filter media. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to improve filter performance. The one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame contributes to the strength and ease of installation, while the interlocking miter corners of the filter deliver additional durability without the need for extra metal support, promoting environmental friendliness. Furthermore, a thermoplastic sealant is utilized to bond the filter media to the frame on both the upstream and downstream sides, effectively eliminating air bypass and providing rigidity to the filter. Special sizes are available upon request, and the filters are easy to install.
