The commercial/industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. The filters utilize progressive density glass or poly filter media, which is constructed with high-grade progressively dense glass fibers. The air entry side consists of open coarse fibers, while the air exit side incorporates tighter fibers, allowing for proper depth loading and full utilization of the filter media. Each fiber is treated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance performance. The filters boast a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame that ensures strength and ease of installation, with interlocking miter corners adding extra durability without the need for additional metal support, contributing to their environmentally friendly design. Additionally, a thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both sides, preventing air bypass and providing rigidity. Special sizes are available upon request.
