The Commercial / Industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, showcasing a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. These filters feature progressive density glass or poly filter media, consisting of high-grade progressively dense glass fibers where the air entry side is composed of open coarse fibers and the air exit side includes tighter fibers, enabling efficient depth loading and full utilization of the media. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance overall filter performance. The filters are built with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame that facilitates ease of installation, while the interlocking miter corners provide additional strength and durability without the need for extra metal support, thereby promoting environmental friendliness. Furthermore, a specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both sides, eliminating air bypass and contributing to the filter's rigidity. Special sizes are also available upon request.
