The Commercial / Industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial environments. The filters utilize progressive density glass or poly filter media, where the air entry side consists of open coarse fibers and the exit side contains tighter fibers, allowing for optimal depth loading and full utilization of the filter media. Each fiber is treated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance performance. The filters are framed with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board that boasts interlocking miter corners for added strength and durability, eliminating the need for extra metal support and thereby enhancing environmental friendliness. Additionally, a specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both sides, preventing air bypass and providing rigidity to the overall filter structure. Special sizes are available, and installation is straightforward.
