Commercial/industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. The filters utilize high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, with the air entry side composed of open coarse fibers and the air exit side comprised of tighter fibers, allowing for proper depth loading and full utilization of the media. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance performance, while the filters are constructed with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame that ensures strength and ease of installation. The interlocking miter corner design contributes additional strength and durability, negating the need for extra metal support and enhancing environmental friendliness. A specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both upstream and downstream sides, eliminating air bypass and providing added rigidity. Special sizes are available, and the filters are easy to install.
