The Koch Filter™ disposable fiberglass filter measures 14" W x 20" H x 2" D and is designed for commercial and industrial light-to-medium duty applications. It features durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses, with progressive density glass or poly filter media. The filter includes a heavy-duty frame and interlocking miter corners for added strength and durability, eliminating the need for extra metal support and enhancing environmental friendliness. The fiberglass media consists of high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, with an open coarse fiber air entry side and a tighter fiber air exit side, allowing proper depth loading and full utilization of the media. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to improve filter performance. The sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame ensures strength and ease of installation. A thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both the upstream and downstream sides, preventing air bypass and providing rigidity. Special sizes are available.
