The Koch Filter™ disposable fiberglass filter measures 12" W x 24" H x 2" D and is designed for commercial and industrial light-to-medium duty applications. It features a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses, with progressive density glass or poly filter media. The filter has a heavy-duty frame and corners for added strength and durability, made from a one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame with interlocking miter corners, eliminating the need for extra metal support. The fiberglass media consists of high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, with the air entry side composed of open coarse fibers and the air exit side made up of tighter fibers, enabling proper depth loading and full utilization of the filter media. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance filter performance. A thermoplastic sealant bonds the media to the frame on both upstream and downstream sides, preventing air bypass and adding rigidity. Special sizes are available, and the filter is environmentally friendly and easy to install.
