The Koch Filter™ disposable fiberglass filter measures 10" W x 20" H x 2" D and is designed for commercial and industrial light-to-medium duty applications. It features a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses, utilizing progressive density glass or poly filter media. The filter includes a heavy-duty frame and corners for added strength and durability, and is environmentally friendly. Special sizes are available, and the filter is easy to install. The standard commercial and industrial disposable filters are made with high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, with an air entry side composed of open coarse fibers and an air exit side of tighter fibers, creating a dual density media for proper depth loading and full media utilization. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance performance. The filter frame is a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board with interlocking miter corners, providing extra strength without the need for additional metal supports. A thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both the upstream and downstream sides, eliminating air bypass and adding rigidity.
