The one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame provides strength and ease of installation, featuring interlocking miter corners for added durability and eliminating the need for extra metal support to enhance environmental friendliness. Additionally, a thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both upstream and downstream sides, preventing air bypass and contributing to the filter's overall rigidity.
