The commercial and industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. These filters utilize a progressive density glass or poly filter media, consisting of high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, with the air entry side made of open coarse fibers and the air exit side comprising tighter fibers for optimal depth loading and full media utilization. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance performance. The filters are constructed with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame, providing strength and ease of installation, while the interlocking miter corner design adds extra durability without the need for additional metal support, making them more environmentally friendly. A specialized thermoplastic sealant is employed to bond the filter media to the frame on both sides, effectively eliminating air bypass and reinforcing the rigidity of the filter. Special sizes are available, and the filters are easy to install.
