Commercial and industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction ideal for various industrial and commercial settings. These filters are constructed with high-grade progressively dense glass or poly filter media, featuring a dual density configuration where the air entry side consists of open coarse fibers, and the air exit side comprises tighter fibers for effective depth loading and full utilization. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive that enhances filter performance. The one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame adds strength and simplifies installation, and the interlocking miter corner provides extra durability without the need for additional metal support, contributing to its environmentally friendly design. Additionally, the thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both sides, eliminating air bypass and increasing the filter’s rigidity. Special sizes are available upon request.
