The filters utilize high-grade progressively dense glass or poly filter media, with the air entry side composed of open coarse fibers and the air exit side consisting of tighter fibers. This dual density configuration promotes efficient depth loading and maximizes media utilization, enhanced by a non-migrating adhesive coating on each fiber. The one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame offers strength and simplifies installation, while the interlocking miter corners provide additional durability without necessitating metal support, contributing to environmental friendliness. A specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both the upstream and downstream sides, effectively eliminating air bypass and enhancing filter rigidity. Special sizes are available, ensuring adaptable solutions for various applications.
