Each filter is made with high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, where the air entry side consists of open coarse fibers and the air exit side is composed of tighter fibers, allowing for effective depth loading and optimal use of the filter media. The filters are environmentally friendly and constructed with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame that ensures strength and ease of installation; interlocking miter corners add extra durability without the need for additional metal support. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance performance, and the specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both upstream and downstream sides, preventing air bypass and providing rigidity to the filter.
