It features durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses, utilizing progressive density glass or polyester filter media. The filter includes a heavy-duty frame and reinforced corners for added strength and durability. It is environmentally friendly and available in special sizes for specific requirements. The polyester media option consists of a dual-layered high-performance synthetic filter media intended for applications specifying synthetic filter material. The filter frame is a sturdy, one-piece, moisture-resistant craft board designed for strength and ease of installation, with interlocking miter corners that provide extra durability without needing additional metal supports. A thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both upstream and downstream sides, eliminating air bypass and ensuring filter rigidity.
