The Koch Filter™ disposable fiberglass filter measures 16" W x 24" H x 1" D and is designed for commercial and industrial light-to-medium duty applications. It features durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses, with progressive density glass filter media composed of high-grade progressively dense glass fibers. The air entry side consists of open coarse fibers, while the air exit side is made of tighter fibers, allowing for proper depth loading and full utilization of the filter media. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance filter performance. The filter includes a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame with interlocking miter corners for added strength and durability, eliminating the need for extra metal support and contributing to environmental friendliness. A specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both the upstream and downstream sides, preventing air bypass and providing filter rigidity. The package includes the fiberglass media filter with heavy-duty frame and corners, and special sizes are available. The filter is easy to install and environmentally friendly.
