Commercial and industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. The filters utilize a progressive density glass or poly filter media, characterized by an air entry side made of open coarse fibers and an air exit side composed of tighter fibers, allowing for effective depth loading and optimal utilization of the filter media. Each fiber is treated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance filter performance. The Koch C&I disposable filters are built with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame which ensures strength and ease of installation, featuring interlocking miter corners that provide additional durability without the need for extra metal support, making them more environmentally friendly. Additionally, a specialized thermoplastic sealant is employed to bond the filter media to the frame on both the upstream and downstream sides, effectively preventing air bypass and enhancing the rigidity of the filter.
