The commercial and industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. These filters are constructed with high-grade progressively dense glass or poly filter media, where the air entry side consists of open coarse fibers and the air exit side is made of tighter fibers, ensuring proper depth loading and full utilization of the filter media. Each fiber is treated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance overall performance. The filters come with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame, providing strength and ease of installation, while the interlocking miter corners add extra durability without the need for additional metal supports, making them environmentally friendly. A specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both sides, preventing air bypass and adding rigidity to the filter. Special sizes are available, and the filters are easy to install.
