The Commercial/Industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications and feature durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. These filters utilize high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, with an air entry side made of open coarse fibers and an air exit side composed of tighter fibers, facilitating proper depth loading and maximizing filter media utilization. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance filter performance. The filters are constructed with a one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame, providing strength and ease of installation, while the interlocking miter corners add extra durability without the need for additional metal support, making them more environmentally friendly. Additionally, a thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both sides, eliminating air bypass and increasing filter rigidity. Special sizes can be made available to meet specific needs.
