The Commercial / Industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial needs. These filters utilize high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, with the air entry side composed of open coarse fibers and the exit side made of tighter fibers, facilitating proper depth loading and maximizing filter media utilization. Each fiber is treated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance performance. The filters come with a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame, which provides strength and ease of installation, while the interlocking miter corners add extra durability without needing additional metal support, making them more environmentally friendly. A thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both sides, preventing air bypass and contributing to the overall rigidity of the filter. Special sizes are available to meet specific requirements, and the filters are easy to install.
