The Commercial/Industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. The filters utilize high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, with the air entry side made of open coarse fibers and the air exit side composed of tighter fibers, facilitating proper depth loading and full utilization of the filter media. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance performance. The one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame is engineered for strength and ease of installation, benefiting from interlocking miter corners that add to its durability without requiring additional metal support, thus promoting environmental friendliness. Additionally, a thermoplastic sealant securely bonds the filter media to the frame on both sides, eliminating air bypass and enhancing the filter's rigidity. Special sizes are also available to meet specific application requirements.
