The Commercial/Industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring a durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial environments. These filters utilize high-grade progressively dense glass or poly filter media, with the air entry side made of open coarse fibers and the air exit side composed of tighter fibers, allowing for optimal depth loading and full utilization of the filter media. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance performance. The filters incorporate a one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame which ensures strength and facilitates easy installation; the interlocking miter corners provide additional durability without requiring extra metal support, making them more environmentally friendly. A specialized thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both sides, effectively eliminating air bypass and contributing to the filter's rigidity. Special sizes are available to accommodate specific requirements, and the filters are constructed to meet demanding industrial standards while being easy to install.
