The Koch Filter™ disposable fiberglass filter measures 12" W x 36" H x 1" D and is designed for commercial and industrial light-to-medium duty applications. It features durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial settings, with progressive density glass or poly filter media. The filter includes a heavy-duty frame and reinforced corners for added strength and durability, and it is environmentally friendly. Special sizes are available, and the filter is easy to install. The standard C&I disposables use high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, with a dual density media configuration where the air entry side consists of open coarse fibers and the air exit side contains tighter fibers, allowing for proper depth loading and full utilization of the filter media. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance performance. The sturdy one-piece frame is made from moisture-resistant craft board, featuring an interlocking miter corner for extra strength without needing additional metal support. A thermoplastic sealant bonds the filter media to the frame on both upstream and downstream sides, preventing air bypass and providing filter rigidity.
