The Commercial/Industrial fiberglass disposable filters are designed for light-to-medium duty applications, featuring durable construction suitable for various industrial and commercial uses. These filters are constructed with high-grade progressively dense glass fibers, featuring an air entry side made of open coarse fibers and an air exit side with tighter fibers, promoting proper depth loading and full utilization of the filter media. Each fiber is coated with a non-migrating adhesive to enhance performance. The filters utilize a sturdy one-piece moisture-resistant craft board frame that ensures strength and ease of installation, with interlocking miter corners for added durability, eliminating the need for extra metal support and enhancing their environmental friendliness. A thermoplastic sealant is applied to bond the filter media to the frame on both upstream and downstream sides, effectively preventing air bypass and providing rigidity to the filter. Special sizes are available, and the filters are easy to install, making them a practical choice for various applications.
